Terms of service

Initial version. OneQueue is in active development. These terms describe how the service currently works and will be replaced with a full agreement before general release.

Last updated 14 September 2026.

The service

OneQueue reads messages from accounts you connect and organises them into a queue, grouped by the businesses you set up. It is provided as it stands, and it is being developed actively - features will change.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself and for the activity on your account. Tell us promptly if you think somebody else has access to it.

Free trial

Each business you create gets a 10-day free trial covering its base charge and every channel it uses. The trial belongs to the business, not to your account: a second business created later gets its own 10 days from the day you create it. Adding or removing a channel does not extend a trial.

Payment

There is currently no payment collection of any kind. The prices shown on this site are indicative, may change, and nothing can be charged to you today. When billing is introduced you will be told clearly and asked to agree before anything is charged.

Your content

Your messages and contacts remain yours. We store and process them only in order to provide the service to you.

Ending it

You can deactivate a business or stop using OneQueue at any time. Deactivating preserves your history rather than deleting it; ask us if you want data removed entirely.

Availability

We do not currently offer a service level guarantee. OneQueue is a working product in development, and should not be relied on as the only copy of anything - your messages remain in your own mail provider throughout.
