It organises it into a queue for you. That is the whole purpose. Your correspondence is not sold, not shared with other customers, and not used to train anything.
OneQueue requests read-only access. It cannot send email as you, cannot delete anything, and cannot change anything in your mailbox. You can revoke access at any time, from OneQueue or from your provider's own security settings.
Every piece of data in OneQueue belongs to a business, and access is checked against your membership of that business on every request. One customer's correspondence is never visible to another, and one of your businesses is never mixed into another of your businesses.
Deactivating a business hides it and stops it counting, but keeps its history so you can bring it back. If you want your data removed entirely, email us and we will do it.
